Leila Ahvarhoush

Leila Ahvarhoush is the Events Specialist for the Chancellor’s Office, serving as the lead planner for events hosted by the Chancellor, Chancellor’s Office, and the Chancellor’s Residence. Leila brings nearly two decades of experience and leadership in creating & planning events, development, consulting, and project management.  Leila has served on planning committees for major fundraisers, wedding shows and events in the Lawrence, KS area, and currently serves on the board of Limestone Community School. Her commitment to making a difference continues to be a significant part of her career and is evident in her ability to create impactful and memorable experiences through signature fundraisers and events. As a proud KU Alumna, she is thrilled to be back on the KU Lawrence campus and excited to be a part of the Chancellor’s Office team.
