Guidance and next steps on reopening campus in the era of COVID-19

Colleagues,

With the spring semester having come to a close, we take notice of the great work you have done this year, and we turn our attention to developing new ways to fulfill our mission in uncertain times.

With this in mind, we have created a new document titled "Reopening of KU campuses in the era of COVID-19." This document summarizes steps we’ve taken so far and explains guiding principles and next steps for reopening campus for the fall semester.

The document represents our most current thinking on issues such as housing, research, event spaces, learning spaces, and facilities. This information will continue to evolve in the weeks ahead.
